About Dr. Sultana M.D, CLC
A physician mom. A working mom. A breastfeeding mom. A formula feeding mom. An overproducing mom. An underproducing mom. I am all those things, but at the core of it all I am a mother. I thought finishing medical school and Emergency Medicine residency was the hardest and most rewarding thing I ever did. This all changed when I became a mother. After struggling with breastfeeding and navigating a 4th trimester wrought with Postpartum Depression, I was left feeling depleted. I decided to empower myself and delve into the world of breastfeeding and lactation medicine. Shortly after having my second baby, I received my CLC. I began to support and educate other mothers around me and thus grew my passion.

My Services

Empower and educate yourself on your breastfeeding journey. This is a 1-1.5 hour telemedicine visit aimed at teaching you the skills and knowledge you need to prepare you for your infant feeding journey.
Prenatal Education & Counseling
Early Post Partum Support
$300: 1.5 - 2h home visit
$200: telemedicine visit
$50: subsequent follow up visits once established patient
From labor to delivery and beyond, get timely guidance in those first few weeks of your 4th trimester. If you’re in the Northern NJ area I can do a home visit. If you’re farther or out of state, virtual support is available.
Low Milk Supply Evaluation
$150
Need some help troubleshooting milk supply? This 1 hour virtual visit will explore in depth possible causes, including labs if clinically indicated.
Subsequent telemedicine follow up visits $50
Breastfeeding Problem focused Consultation
$150
Concerned about mastitis? Need a plan to get out of triple feeds? Have another concern or general questions? This 1 hour virtual visit will be tailored to address your concern.
